The South African has made his home here on the plains of Inverell. His love of fitness stems from a military training  and rugby background and decided to pursue his passion for fitness when he was living in Cape Town.

Qualifications

  • 3 Year Higher Diploma in Sports Management and Kinetics- Northlink College Cape Town
  • 1 Year Personal Training Diploma - Exercise Training Academy under Professor Tim Noakes
  • Disability Cert 3 and 4 through Tafe New England. Disabilities always welcome
  • Current First Aid Certificate through Community College Northern Inland Inc 

Years of Experience in Personal Training 

  • 2002 - Current ( Cape Town, London, Sydney, Inverell)
  • Registered with Exercise Professionals South Africa
  • Registered with Fitness Australia, insured by Guild

The big job goes to Emily our local girl, she brings a great attitude to the studio and in conjunction with Connections disability service Emily will make sure to provide you with a beautifully presented, clean studio for you to do your workouts in.
